A space for truth, alignment and nourishment

My one-to-one sessions are a place to slow down, listen deeply, heal, strengthen and come into closer relationship with your unique vision and gifts.

This work is not about quick fixes or surface solutions. It is a gentle yet powerful process of uncovering what is already within you — your inner knowing, your clarity, your capacity to lead yourself with kindness, honesty and compassion.

Each session is shaped around you: what you are experiencing, what you wish to explore, and what feels ready to shift.

How we work together

Our sessions are all about you. We will either have a short connection call before working together or I will ask you to fill in a questionnaire so that I understand what is alive for you right now that you would like support with.

I draw from a blend of approaches, woven intuitively and practically according to your needs. These may include:

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to help release emotional blocks and restore balance

  • Mindfulness and presence-based practices to support awareness, regulation and clarity

  • Coaching to help you recognise patterns, choices and possibilities

  • Creative expression as a way of releasing blocks, coming into flow and playfully accessing deeper insight

  • Reiki healing to support energetic alignment and restoration

  • Visioning to clarify intention and direction

  • Essential oils, where appropriate, to support grounding, focus or emotional ease

  • Conscious Rest Framework to nourish your mind, your nervous system and your body

I will suggest what I think would be the most beneficial practices to explore together. It may be one of the above, or a combination; you always have a choice as to what you do and don’t want to do.

No two sessions are the same. We follow what is most relevant for you, allowing the work to unfold naturally rather than forcing outcomes.

I don’t impose answers or interpretations. Instead, I hold space for your own wisdom to emerge, trusting that clarity comes when we are met with compassionate attention rather than a pressure to find answers.

Practical details

  • Sessions are offered one-to-one, online or in person in Cornwall or London (where available)

  • Each session is tailored to you

  • You do not need prior experience with any of the practices involved

  • You can book a single session as a quick support or a block of sessions for deeper, more integral transformation
